Shipping
Orders ship from our studio in Kelowna, BC. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 in Canada and the US (original paintings excluded). Original paintings are carefully packed and shipped separately, and local pickup in Kelowna is always welcome.

Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right. Original paintings and commissions are final sale.

Collect Art Your Way
Every piece begins as a painting in our Kelowna studio. Take home the original, a print made by the artist, or a little card to share it with someone you love.
Original Artworks
Each original is painted by hand, and there is only ever one. It comes ready to hang in a frame chosen for the painting, with a Certificate of Authenticity recording it as an original studio work.
(Pieces from The Origin Series come without a certificate to keep them at a more accessible price.)
Art Prints
Every Art Print is printed by the artist in our Kelowna studio on Hahnemühle Photo Rag®, a soft, 100% cotton paper that holds the texture and colour of each brushstroke.
Each print is finished gallery-style, with a clean white border and the title beneath, ready for a standard 8.5 × 11 or 17 × 22 in frame.
Frameable Art Cards
Each card is a 4 × 6 in print set in an acid-free 5 × 7 in mat, with an envelope. Write a few words on the back and send it to someone you love, or slip it into a 5 × 7 frame and keep the painting close.

Which sizes are available, and will they fit a frame?
Art Prints come in 8.5 × 11 in and 17 × 22 in, sold unframed and unmatted; both are standard frame sizes. Art Cards are a 4 × 6 in print in a 5 × 7 in mat that fits any standard 5 × 7 frame. Frames shown in our photos are for display only.
How long will a print last?
Our Art Prints are made with Hahnemühle Photo Rag® and archival pigment inks, a combination known for excellent colour stability. For the longest life, frame behind UV-protective glass and keep the print out of direct sunlight.

How is my order shipped?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 in Canada (CAD) and the US (USD), original paintings excluded. Art prints and art cards ship within 3–5 business days.
Original paintings need specialized protective packaging, so their shipping is quoted per piece. Studio pickup in Kelowna is available and recommended for original paintings.
Orders to remote locations may have additional shipping charges. International and express shipping rates are calculated at checkout; customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included.
Are your artworks original?
Every design begins as an original, hand-painted acrylic painting by our studio artists Zhongda and Yingzhi. Originals are one of a kind; Art Prints and Art Cards are reproductions printed in our studio.
How should I care for my artwork?
Keep your artwork away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures. For best preservation, display it in a dry indoor space and avoid touching the printed or painted surface directly.
