Refund policy

At Vincent’s Light Fine Art Studio, each piece is created, printed, and handled with care. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please submit a return request through Shopify within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • No restocking fee will be applied

Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The damage

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return or Refund)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Original artworks

  • Custom commission artworks

  • Limited edition items

Due to the unique, custom, or limited nature of these works, all sales of final sale items are considered complete once the order is confirmed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.
