This deposit secures a place on our commission waitlist.
The deposit will be credited toward the final invoice once your commission details are confirmed.
Placing a deposit does not guarantee acceptance of the commission. If we are unable to move forward with the commission for any reason on our side, the deposit will be fully refunded.
These are some of our most popular sizes, but we’re always happy to customize the dimensions to suit your space:

Waitlist Deposit
To join the waitlist, a $50 deposit is required. The deposit will be applied toward the total invoice amount. Full payment is required before painting begins.
Turnaround Time
We open 5 waitlist spots per cycle, with an estimated turnaround time of 1–2 months.
Customization
You may provide photos, sketches, or written descriptions as reference. We’ll confirm the intended image with you before painting begins and again upon completion.
Scope & Limitations
This standard commission is intended for
- Simple landscapes or scene
- Single-subject commissions (e.g. one pet)
The following fall outside the Standard Line and require a custom quote:
- Portrait
- Multiple subjects
- Complex narratives
- Architectural-heavy scenes
- Large-scale works beyond 20 × 24 in

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyrights and reproduction rights of commissioned artworks remain the exclusive property of Vincent’s Light Fine Art Studio. The commissioned artwork is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Private Commissions
Private commissions are priced separately from standard commissions. These works are treated with additional privacy and will not be reproduced, published, or used for promotional purposes without the client’s prior written consent.
Frequently asked questions
How is the order fullfilled?
Standard shipping within Canada and U.S. is included for orders over $99 on all standard-size artworks up to 20 × 24 inches, unless otherwise noted.
Orders shipped to remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges.
For artworks larger than 20 × 24 inches, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Local delivery is available around Kelowna, BC (option available at checkout if you are within the delivery range). We also have regular art market presence for in-person pickup and viewing.
International or express shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in our shipping charges.
Are your artworks original?
Yes, original artworks are one-of-a-kind, hand-painted pieces.
How should I care for my artwork?
Avoid direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures.
Do you provide large-format prints?
At the moment, we do not offer large-format prints as a standard option. However, we are actively considering releasing large-format prints as limited editions for selected artworks in the future.
