Share your idea
Tell us about your subject, preferred size and any reference photographs. If you have a date in mind, let us know.

Join the waitlist
A $20 CAD deposit secures your place. It will be credited toward your final invoice once the commission details are confirmed.

Begin the painting
Once the details are agreed, a 50% deposit is required before the painting process begins.

Bring it home
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion. Basic framing and a digital scan for personal use are included; shipping is extra.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and include basic framing and a digital scan for personal use. Shipping is not included.
Before you begin.
How does the $20 waitlist deposit work?
It secures a place on our commission waitlist and is credited toward the final invoice once your commission details are confirmed. It is separate from the 50% deposit required before painting begins.
What if the commission cannot go ahead?
If we are unable to move forward with the commission for any reason on our side, the waitlist deposit will be fully refunded.
How long does a commission take?
The typical turnaround time is 1–2 months. Please contact us to discuss current availability and any date you have in mind before placing your deposit.
Can I choose a different size or medium?
Yes. We’re happy to customize the dimensions to suit your space. Commissions are available in oil or acrylic, depending on the subject and desired style.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Tell us what you would like painted, your preferred size and any timing you have in mind. You can email reference photographs to studio@vincentslight.art so we can discuss the idea together.
